They say good things come in three’s and it certainly did for me when earlier in the year I photographed 3 weddings in a row, over 3 weeks, at Eastbourne Town Hall! This occasion was all about Rachel & Tony, a very chilled out couple with every intention of having a fun day.

With a passion for wine and a vineyard close to home it was an obvious choice for Jenny and Ian to have their wedding at Denbies Wine Estate. A beautiful venue in Dorking, Surrey, providing the ideal setting for their big day.
“Clare was absolutely wonderful! Our guests all commented on how friendly she was and she captured our special day perfectly. We love the photos, thanks so much Clare!” Jenny & Ian

The lovely Christie & Richard got married at Blackstock Country Estate back in April of this year, a beautiful intimate wedding on a sunny spring Sunday. Blackstock providing the perfect relaxed setting especially when it came to taking time out with the couple to enjoy having photos taken of them within the grounds.
“As soon as we met Clare we knew she was the photographer for us – she “got” us. Finding the right photographer was the most important thing for our day. She captures natural moments. We felt so comfortable around her and she is such a lovely person. She knows the venue which was another plus. We are so happy with her work and are glad we chose her as our photographer.” Christie & Richard

I know Summer is upon us but I quickly wanted to whisk you back to the end of last year and a winter wedding at Michelham Priory. The lovely Charlotte & Dom got married at this historic venue in December, my last wedding of 2015. As you enter the Priory through the Gate House and walk around you can’t help but feel a sense of romance, whether it be in the Elizabethan Barn where the ceremony & wedding breakfast is held or the stunning gardens including a Bridge of Dreams!

Over the past few years I’ve worked alongside fab wedding suppliers some of which have become friends of mine. The initial connection based on a mutual respect for the quality, professional & friendly nature of each others services. Key factors couples should consider when choosing their wedding suppliers. As well as happy couples recommending suppliers, I believe the next best recommendation is from another supplier within the industry.

Lauren & Rob’s winter wedding at Upwaltham Barns may have been on a grey & foggy day but was definitely brightened up by both of their beaming smiles and excitement for the occasion.
